This will come as no surprise to anyone who has read this blog or knows me. I love trains. I also love photography. Also not a surprise, I like taking photos of trains! It is something I don’t do nearly often enough but when I do, I have a blast!
Seeing that it is National Train Day, I thought it’d be fun to do a quick scan of my photos and see how many train photos I have easily accessible. What I found and then edited ended up being a collection of train photos that include trains that are young and old, big and small. There are trains as small as HO-scale and as large as modern freight trains. There are theme park trains, museum pieces, garden railways, and more in this collection of photos I have taken through the years.
Because of the historic nature of trains as I was looking at one of the steam engines I was inspired to make it black and white… which lead to me deciding this whole gallery should be black and white. I hope you enjoy it! Take a look and let me know which one is your favorite in the comments!
